Rebecca Ruud

Rebecca started her training as a Certified Rolfing Practitioner at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado,  she completed her training in Munich Germany at the European Rolfing Assosiation. She continues to advance her knowledge by enrolling in continuing education courses. Rebecca's approach to Rolfing includes a focus on educating and empowering her clients to understand their own structure and how to develop movement patterns that will nourish it as they move in daily life.

Rebecca began her Rolfing 10 Series  after a loved one was in a car accident and wasn't functioning like he needed even with all the treatment he was recieving.  He went through the series and Rebecca followed .  She herself has had a few car accidents and lived with chronic pain daily.  After going through the Rolfing 10 Series, she immediatly felt more fluid with her body's movements and free of the aches, pain and stiffness she had previously experienced. Rebecca was convinced that Rolfing was something she wanted to be part of an share with others, knowing she could help improve their quality of living.   She has a passion and a love for the work and her clients and she loves to see the change that happens in all areas of their life.

When Rebecca isn't working her hobbies include pilates, hiking, snowshoeing, running, singing and spending as much time as possible with her three wonderful children.
